AUBURNDALE, FL (June 28, 2019) – Today, Aktion Parks, a subsidiary of Correct Craft, announced Elite Cable Park, in Auburndale, Florida, will be open to the public Saturday, July 13th.

The activities will begin at 9 a.m.  with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by Correct Craft and industry executives as well as local dignitaries. After the ribbon cutting, attendees will enjoy the cable park, face painting, a bounce house, and many more fun activities. Tantrums Lakeside Grill, Elite Cable Park’s restaurant with a spectacular lakeside view, will also be open with a wide variety of food.

Elite Cable Park will draw wakeboarding enthusiasts, professional competitors, and world-renowned competitions to Auburndale, Florida. The park situated on Lake Myrtle, a beautiful 76-acre freshwater lake, is staffed with experienced coaches offering lessons in wakeboarding, waterskiing, and other watersports of all skill levels. Like Aktion’s other world-famous parks (Orlando Watersports Complex and Miami Watersports Complex), ECP provides Hyperlite equipment and will host events that feature the award-winning Nautique Boats.

Elite Cable Park is a part of the new USA Water Ski and Wake Sports Foundation headquarters and training center that will be built at the city of Auburndale’s $25 million Lake Myrtle Sports Complex. Elite Cable Park is a part of the new USA Water Sports Complex which will include the sport’s National & International Halls of Fame, Museum, USA Water Ski & Wake Sports Foundation and National Governing Body headquarters, rooftop garden and training center. Adding these unique water sports aspects to the city of Auburndale’s $25 million Lake Myrtle Sports Park will make it the only destination of its kind anywhere in the world.
